ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), and it is the world's largest educational computer science organization. ACM is divided up into many student chapters, and this one just happens to be located at, you guessed it, NJIT! If you're a student studying CS, IT, IS, or any other computer-related field, chances are that you'll find joining ACM to be useful. Whether you join for tutoring, use of ACM's vast array of online resources, or just to connect with fellow programmers, ACM is a great organization to be a part of.
IGDA
The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is the largest non-profit membership organization in the world serving all individuals who create games. IDGA's mission is to advance the careers and enhance the lives of game developers by connecting members with their peers, promoting professional development, and advocating on issues that affect the developer community.
IS Club
The Information Systems Club is open to all students with an interest in Information Systems, Information Technology, and their applications in business, healthcare, and other domains. The club’s purpose is to provide a common ground for students who are interested in IS / IT to network with their peers, industry practitioners and alumni, and to provide them with activities such as workshops, speaker events, discussion panels to prepare them better for a career in Information Systems.
